Brass Fittings
Precision-machined brass fittings for threaded connections in air, water, and gas lines
Brass Fittings
Brass fittings are among the most versatile and widely used pipeline connection components in industrial and plumbing applications. LBow Network Solutions supplies a comprehensive range of precision-machined brass fittings for compressed air, water, and gas line threaded connections.
Our brass fitting range includes: male and female threaded adapters (BSP and NPT), elbow fittings (45° and 90°), equal and reducing tees, couplers, nipples, hex bushes, and union connectors. All are manufactured from free-machining brass (CuZn39Pb3) for precise thread form and reliable sealing.
Brass fittings are used extensively at the interface between PPR/PPCH pipeline systems and threaded equipment connections — compressor outlets, pressure gauge tapping points, filter connections, and solenoid valve ports. The corrosion resistance of brass in water and air service, combined with its ease of machining, makes it the standard material for threaded connection points.
Dezincification-resistant (DZR) brass fittings are available for applications in aggressive water conditions. BSP (British Standard Pipe) and NPT (National Pipe Thread) thread standards are both stocked. PTFE thread tape or thread sealant should be used for leak-free threaded assembly.
